Foot Reset

A 2-minute toe-spreading wellness routine

A two-minute daily wellness routine: spread your toes after shoes come off to release foot tension—recovery that starts at the tips of your feet.

신발 벗고 발가락 벌리기 2분 루틴

A short wellness routine you can do right after coming home. Spread your toes to release a day’s foot tension.

Tight shoes and a day of standing glue the toes together. Foot fatigue often climbs toward knees and back. A stiff neck sometimes starts in the feet.

After shoes come off, sit or stand and gently spread the toes by hand, or fan them wide on the floor. No tools—two minutes.

The basic move

One minute per foot. Start with the right: ease fingers between toes from big-to-second outward. Aim for opening, not pain.

Even a partial spread helps blood flow. In a chair, press toes apart without fingers if needed.

When to do it

Right after shoes come off is natural. Before bed stretches or before the TV works too. Treat it as the signal that the day starts putting down at the feet.

On heavy desk days, add one minute after lunch. Afternoon leg heaviness often eases.

Cautions

With injury, inflammation, or reduced foot sensation, keep it gentle or ask a professional. Soft movement with breath beats forceful pulls.

Socks are fine; barefoot feels more. If feet are cold, warm them briefly first.

Feet are the floor of the day. When the floor softens, the rest follows. Tonight, as shoes come off, spread your toes slowly.
