30 minutes after dinner, soak your feet in warm water for 10 minutes. The end of the day to relieve the plantar fascia and peripheral circulation.

This is a daily wellness routine you can use right away. Try “10 minutes evening foot soak” to gently reset your body’s rhythm.
If you stand or walk all day, the plantar fascia on the soles of your feet and the joints of your toes become compressed and hardened. If your feet feel swollen and heavy when you take off your socks in the evening, soaking your ankles in warm water for 10 minutes will relieve fatigue from your entire legs. On days when you wear high heels or hard shoes, your toes become especially compressed and stiff.
The foot is the furthest extremity of the body. Blood needs to be pumped all day to get down to your feet. Warming your feet in the evening will reduce the burden. All you need is a basin and you are ready.
On days when your calves are swollen, soaking your feet and raising your legs above your heart for 5 minutes will help improve circulation. Just lie down on the sofa and put your feet on the cushion. A tablespoon of salt in foot soak water can help reduce swelling.
Immediately after dinner, blood rushes to the stomach and you may feel drowsy or have difficulty digesting food. 30 minutes after eating, soak your ankles in warm water for 10 minutes. If you scoop water with the back of your hand and place it on your wrist, it will be warm but bearable.
Adding a tablespoon of salt will help reduce the swelling between your toes. If it is too hot, peripheral blood vessels may expand and contract and you may feel dizzy, so do not boil it excessively.
While soaking, extend and close your toes 10 times. Rolling a golf ball or bottle under your arch will gently relax your plantar fascia. After 10 minutes, wipe off the moisture and wear socks to prevent body heat from escaping.
If your house has a cold floor, wear slippers immediately after soaking your feet. When your feet get cold, your legs tense up again. If you finish an hour before bed, the warmth of your feet will help improve the quality of your sleep. If your toes feel numb, the water may be too hot or you soaked it for too long. Do not soak for more than 10 minutes.
After soaking your feet, dry them thoroughly and wear cotton socks. When you step on a cold floor with bare feet, your peripheral blood vessels contract and become tense again. In winter, you may want to set the water temperature in the basin a little higher than in summer before soaking. Using the same basin reduces preparation time.
Your feet are the first to bear the weight of the day. Just 10 minutes of sitting on the sofa watching TV and soaking my feet is enough for today. Using the same basin and temperature reduces preparation time.
Don't forget to extend and close your toes while dipping. All it takes is 30 minutes after eating or 10 minutes while sitting on the sofa. Your feet are the first to bear the weight of the day. Starting this evening.
