A 10-minute daily evening routine: set cups, bowls, and ingredients the night before to cut morning decision fatigue—not cooking, just a starting line.

A daily routine that makes mornings easier. Spend ten minutes at night to set tomorrow’s starting line.
If you start thinking about ‘what to eat’ in the morning, the first energy of the day is wasted in front of the table. If you spend just 10 minutes the night before, you'll already have an outline of where you'll go and what you'll eat right after waking up.
It's not Mill Prep. No need to make food in bulk. Water cups, cereal bowls, coffee utensils, where to grab ingredients from the refrigerator—it just reduces friction in the first 15 minutes of tomorrow morning.
After you finish washing the dinner dishes, place the dishes and cups you will use for tomorrow morning on the table or on one side of the counter instead of in the sink. Move milk, yogurt, and fruit to the front of the shelf to be taken out of the refrigerator.
Remove any objects that get caught in front of the microwave, toaster, or coffee machine. Less time spent wondering ‘where am I’ in the morning. 10 minutes is enough.
Set just one menu item for tomorrow morning. You can repeat the same menu for a week. The important thing is not to worry in the morning.
If you have a family, if each person fixes the color or location of the cup, there will be fewer fights over 'which bowl to use.' A little organization can change the tone of your morning conversation.
No need to organize your entire kitchen. All you have to do is lay down the starting line for your first meal tomorrow morning. Tonight, after emptying the sink, take just 10 minutes to set the table.
