Sleep & night
Reduce morning closet decisions by setting one outfit on a chair before sleep.

Morning rush often starts with last night’s postponement. Worse than the alarm is choosing clothes half-asleep at the closet.
Spend four minutes before bed. Picture tomorrow’s place and weather once, then put a top, bottom, and socks on a chair or hanger. Not a perfect look—just one you won’t debate in the morning.
Steps: 1) Name tomorrow’s place in one line. 2) Pick clothes to match. 3) Set them on the chair or hanger. 4) Close the closet and go to bed.
A small night setup creates morning space. Sleep is part of that space.
